Original artwork created as a book illustration for a novel “The Indelible Myth” by award-winning author W.H.Coles.

“Fiction can explore the ever-changing effects of myth on daily lives. The significance of myth and the potential for lifelong injustice is expressed in a story about a boy bullied by an older girl and the boy retaliates.  When the girl dies from unknown cause, the mother of the girl creates a myth of suspicion that follows the boy into adulthood and ruins the love of the woman he intends to marry.  The story, as a work of fiction, emphasizes the potential of destructive and unjust consequences of myth. “ (W.H.Coles)
